- Provide accurate and complete project requirements in a timely manner.
- Supply necessary access, credentials, and content required to deliver the project.

6. Payment
Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled. Codectory reserves the right to charge reasonable interest on overdue invoices.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement. Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed, its terms take precedence.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Codectory does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codectory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or our services. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
